Did you know that there are 4 Different COCC Accounts, AND changing one of the 4 Account Passwords will not change all of them! Each Account is handled separately.

Help - I can't log Into my Email or Network Account!
Students often have trouble logging into their computer and email account, especially after summer vacation. Below are some of the things that might be wrong, and how to fix them.
Are you pressing ENTER after you type your User Name?
After you type your User Name, you must use the TAB key or the mouse to get to the "Password" box and type in your password. If you press ENTER before doing so, you will get the error message "Please try again."
Are you typing your User Name correctly?
On campus go to one of the computer labs and ask the Lab Attendant to assist you. Show the lab attendant picture ID and they can look up your user name for you.
Off campus you can do the same thing if your computer is connected to the Internet. Using your personal computer at the COCC home page (http://www.cocc.edu) click "My Log In" and log into "Student Online Services." Once logged in click on "Personal Information" next click "View Email Address."
Did you forget your password?
First, try the password that you think you had. If that one doesn't work, try your default password, you can also try others you think you may have used recently. The default password is the same default password that you use for Bb.
How do I look up my User Name & initial password?
On campus go to one of the computer labs and ask the Lab Attendant to assist you. They can look up your User Name and help you look up your password using their computer. To look up your password you will be told to log into "Student Online Services" using their computer. Once logged in click on "Personal Information" next click "View Email Address." This will show you your initial password.
Off campus you can do the same thing if your computer is connected to the Internet. Using your personal computer at the COCC home page (http://www.cocc.edu) click "My Log In" and log into "Student Online Services." Once logged in click on "Personal Information" next click "View Email Address."
This will not help if you have changed your password.
Ok, I have tried all of that now what do I do?
If your Student Online Services account is in working order, we may be able to help you over the phone. Another option is to visit one of the computer labs where a lab attendant can assist you.
In order to reset a password you will be required to either answer the security question you have set up in your Student Online Services Account or if stopping by a drop-in lab show photo identification. Once your identity has been verified your password will be reset to the default which you can then change to something known only to you.
Passwords can only be reset Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
How do I change my password?(Changing your password will change both your email and network account password!)
From any COCC campus computer
- Log on
- Hold down the Ctrl> and Alt> keys on your keyboard and tap the Delete key
- Click Change Password
- Fill out the form
From off campus using OWA (Outlook Web Access)
- Log on
- In the top right of the blue Office Outlook Web Access bar click Options
- Scroll down to Change Password
- Click on Change Password
- The COCC Domain is: AD
